You have boxes of claims that have been paid and forgotten about. MLR Tribal Solutions, LLC will resurrect those old claims and determine what SHOULD have actually been paid on those claims. Then, we will work on your behalf to collect those overpayments from the facilities.
There is no statute of limitations on this, so we can resurrect claims going back to the effective date of this program, July 5th, 2007.
